What payment options do I have at Giftinity?
Currently, we only accept credit and debit card payments. However, we’ll soon be enabling cash on delivery (COD), Globe GCASH, and Smart Money payments, so watch out for Giftinity announcements.

What is your returns policy?
If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with a product you purchased via the Giftinity platform, you have the option to communicate directly to our sales representative to arrange a return or replacement. In general, however, we observe a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery, as long as the reason is valid. For more information, please visit our Return & Refund Policy page.
Can Giftinity deliver anywhere in the Philippines?
Giftinity Philippines can facilitate deliveries to places that are serviceable by our shipping/courier partners. If deliveries are not possible or available in your area, we’ll let you know right away via email and/or SMS.
How do I keep track of my order updates?
You can check the status of your order by accessing your Giftinity account. You will also be notified by Giftinity via email when your order has been processed. The courier service will also communicate shipping/delivery updates directly to you through email and/or SMS. You will also be notified of your order tracking number which you can check on the designated courier service website.
What if my neighborhood is under lockdown, will I still receive my order?
If your community or neighborhood is under lockdown, the designated courier service will still communicate with you via email and/or SMS. This way, other arrangements can be made in case you are unable to receive your order.
